If you click on the button to redeem the energies, the Travel Town app opens, but the redemption cannot be completed:
1. Close Travel Town completely.
2. Return to Sticker Town and click again on the button previously used to redeem the energies, even if the button already appears clicked.
In some cases, this resolves the issue.
If it still doesn’t work, we encourage you to switch browsers or (especially on Chrome) enable/disable desktop view.
The functioning of the links is not up to us, and in general, free energies are available for a limited time.
